She has a successful track record of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technical and commercial teams to executive leadership and board. She is an award-winning D&I consultant and currently training to become a menopause coach and trainer as well as achieving her ICF-certified coach status.
We have extensive industry experience creating and implementing award-winning DE&I policies. Our founder, Susan, recognised her passion for cultivating inclusive spaces and embarked on further education in order to provide fully certified coaching and consultancy services. She is currently an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and is studying for a diploma to become a certified Menopause coach.
Individual coaching is completely confidential – anything discussed will stay between us. In group settings where confidentiality isn’t as possible to achieve, we encourage collaboration and discussion to build a sense of trust between us all.
