This privacy policy provides information for website users, Younique Inclusion clients and prospective clients on our practices regarding collection and use of personal information. As coaching, menopause coaching and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultancy are professions and roles where trust is of the utmost importance, we take the collection and protection of personal information very seriously.

Correspondence records (for example, email logs) are kept for prospective clients, who contact us via phone or email.

 

Personal Information also includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. We collect and process payment information from you when you purchase content, including credit cards numbers and billing information, using third party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for this, we do not collect Sensitive Information from you.

This information is used by Younique Inclusion Limited to provide general statistics regarding use of the Younique Inclusion Limited Website. For these purposes, we may link this automatically- collected data to Personal Information such as name, email address, address, and phone number.

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who subscribe to our services are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy.

We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your Personal Information to the third party.

As a trainee International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach, we are required to maintain contact information for coaching clients. A log of coaching hours is required for the accreditation application process. Your name and email address may be requested for audit purposes and your permission will be sought in advance.

 

We will not keep information for longer than necessary. For customer enquiry information – we will retain this for not more than 2 years after you last contacted us – we only keep personal data for the current financial year and the previous financial year. We do not share your personal data with any third party not noted in this policy.

 

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information (EEA visitors only)

If you are a visitor/customer located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Younique Inclusion Limited is the data controller of your personal information. We use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Website and services. We may also use Navigational Information alone or in combination with Personal Information to provide you with personalized information about Younique Inclusion Limited.

We post customer testimonials on our Website, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer’s consent via email prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.

We use a third-party service provider to manage credit/debit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Our Website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. We currently do not offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums.

Retention of Personal Information

How long we retain personal information depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible. 

 

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as is required in order to contact you about services you have purchased, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements).

Where do we store and process personal data?
Younique Inclusion Limited is both the processor and controller of your data. Provided you have provided consent for us to retain your personally identifiable data, this information is stored on a secure computer which is password protected.
